I’m Larry Luttrell. For more than 30 years, I’ve worked in restaurants, bars, and nightlife as an owner, operator, and consultant. I owned and operated a 250-seat restaurant and entertainment venue with an outdoor tropical Tiki bar that accommodated several hundred additional guests. That experience taught me to look at the whole operation: the guest experience, the team, the business identity, promotions, and the day-to-day decisions that affect performance.
